When patients initially make contact with the DRS clinic they are asked a few important questions so Sam our patient coordinator can allocate the patient to the right practitioner. Patients are then explained the procedure which includes an in-depth consultation at their initial appointment. We request a consultation at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Patients are sent reminders a day before their appointment which details our address, where they can park, and entry instructions to the clinic.
